This listed Georgian building (formerly two single townhouses) was a run-down hotel comprising 39 bedrooms with a very low occupancy rate.
During 2006 extensive due diligence was carried out from a legal, financial and tax perspective and building consent was approved.
Over an 18 month period, the building was completely refurbished by In:Style Direct and they provided the interior design and furniture for all 31 self-contained serviced apartments, which under the existing hotel license are offered on a short term basis. Since it opened in July 2008, the hotel enjoys a high level of occupancy and is first choice for many corporate executives when needing 4* comparable accommodation in a central London location.
