InStyle Direct has furnished several show stopping units at the state-of-the-art Westmark Tower building in West End Gate. Although the show homes’ intention was to push the sale of the units, success has also included the sale of one of the show homes themselves given the high demand and strong desirability to which the furnishings and interior design heavily contributed.
The existing relationship with the developer building meant the developers trusted us with several big-budget projects at one of their most premium developments.

InStyle Direct completed yet another high-end project for a prestigious West London developer. It was our work that the client requested as part of their negotiation on the purchase of an unfurnished flat, having seen the interior design quality in the showrooms in the same building. The apartment was sold after the client was provided with moodboards from the InStyle team and was assured of the property’s furnished potential.
Visually distinctive with 360 degree views of the London skyline, the prestigious building demands the best in terms of interior design. Led by Head interior designer Severina, the InStyle team created a look that would dovetail with the tastes and aspirations of wealthy international students and young professionals and families: minimal and practical, yet highly tasteful and thoughtful.
Despite potential pandemic-induced delays thrown in the mix, the apartment was completed on schedule. The three-bedroom, 1355 sq. ft property was inspired by the Japandi design philosophy of uncluttered beauty and harmony. Severina used natural colours that would interact variably with the number of light sources. Together with a bespoke 3D-wall feature, this would further enhance and transform the interior in exciting yet subtle ways.
Luxurious minimalism involves a skilled, paring back of interiors while incorporating masses of considered, understated elements that tie the scheme together effortlessly. Hard furnishings and accessories were selected with rigorous quality control and theme consideration and the final result was exactly to the client’s requirements.
After purchasing a property in Point West, our client wanted to substantially upgrade his two-bedroom, 973 sq. ft apartment. Although in need of a thorough update that required heavy refurbishment work, the client was sold by the property’s potential and proximity to South Kensington’s fantastic amenities.
The owner was encouraged by our team to divide the kitchen and living room areas for functional and aesthetic benefits. Initially, the client did not want partitioning as one of his main purchasing decisions was based on the open-plan design that provided the illusion of more space. Our best-of-both-worlds solution was a crittal-style glass partition with a sliding transparent door. This required permission from the building manager that the team managed on the client’s behalf.
This full, bespoke refurbishment and interior design project also included new wood flooring, full rewiring with spotlights and chandelier, built-in kitchen partition, full redecoration, bespoke furniture, curtains and built-in wardrobes. By liaising with the building manager on our client’s behalf, we were also able to obtain the permissions required for AC installation. We also dealt directly with the AC contractor until the installation was complete.

Using our entry-level yet high-quality Gold furniture packages in a range of colour schemes and furniture combinations, we achieved consistency among the units that simultaneously boast distinguishable assets to suit each unit’s size, layout, lighting and outlook.

InStyle Direct has continued its partnership with Mount Anvil to craft high-end furnishings for 1, 2 and 3-bedroom modern homes at The Silk District.
A development that blends craft, luxury and attention to detail requires impressive interiors to match expectations.
In addition to multiple units furnished at the development, we were responsible for creating an on-brand show home using our high-end diamond furniture package that offers innovation, sophistication and elegant style.
Bespoke elements such as art and tableware complete the furnishing solution to ensure the show home sold the specific lifestyle that prospective Silk District residents were looking for.
