Located in the prestigious Royal Exchange development by Berkeley Group, InStyle Direct’s interior designer Emma Silburn worked her magic to transform a three-bedroom, 1066 sq ft property. Using InStyle’s Gold Furniture Package, Emma dressed the space for rental purposes.
The goal was to create an inviting and functional environment for potential tenants. Emma and the InStyle team achieved this by selecting the Gold Furniture Package, carefully chosen accessories, and stylish window dressing. The White Gold colour scheme perfectly complemented the apartment’s features and the desired market.

One significant challenge was successfully navigated by Emma: adjusting the quality of the package seamlessly when the client’s plans changed from personal residence to rental. Incorporating voiles and curtains to enhance the apartment’s breathtaking views, set this project apart.
“This apartment boasts large windows with stunning views across Kingston. I chose to highlight its potential by incorporating voiles and curtains throughout. A blend of classic and contemporary furniture pieces, paired with vibrant accessories, brought the space to life and enabled the client to find quality tenants quickly.”

Anna Potcelueva, InStyle Direct’s interior designer and project manager, transformed Haberdasher Street’s two-bedroom, 621 Sq ft old flat for sale — all within a modest budget.
- The Gold Furniture Package was used and included:
- A fully fitted kitchen
- Spacious lounge
- Two bedrooms with custom shutter blinds
- A luxurious bathroom suite
The chosen colour palette of bold colours in shades of blue and burnt orange brought East London’s vibrancy to life.
In collaboration with Benham and Reeves, this project showcases Anna’s exceptional interior design skills and InStyle Direct’s excellence in delivering outstanding results in the East London property market.
“The flat has a light wooden floor and warm grey wall colours. As a vibrant accent for the living room, I incorporated furniture and accessories in a shade of blue that mirrors the building’s facade colour. The second accent colour is a burned orange. For the bedroom, I used pastel shades with bright blue accessories.”

Emma Silburn, InStyle Direct’s Interior Designer and Project Manager, furnished a two-bed marketing suite with a tailored furniture package in London Square Croydon.
Per the client’s brief, she successfully transformed the unit’s winter garden into a permanent study space with underfloor heating and plug sockets. She cleverly met the challenge of incorporating work-from-home dynamics with contemporary aesthetics. In a versatile move, Emma seamlessly integrated pet-friendly features, including a strategically placed dog bed.
With a budget-conscious strategy, Emma chose artwork, mirrors, accessories, plants and rugs from InStyle’s Diamond and Gold stock. Her adaptability further ensured smooth furnishing installations, coordinated with flawless styling.

She picked deep shades for the unit with crisp whites and gentle greens, mirroring the tranquillity of nature. A merlot accent chair and artwork added a vibrant touch. It was exciting for the team to design a scheme for something different from a bedroom or lounge.
“I wanted to create a space where the prospective tenants could see themselves sitting with a glass of wine in the evening on the statement easy chair or working from home with their 4-legged friend by their side – watching the world go by outside.”

Interior Designer Star and Sales Manager Mark Parry once again collaborated with the renowned Taylor Wimpey for their new build, Chobham Manor in Stratford, East London. The client’s goal was to enhance the marketability of the stock unit and quickly sell this last flat within the spectacular development.
Star beautifully dressed the 530 sq. ft apartment using high-quality furnishings and accessories to help potential buyers envision living there. He chose InStyle’s Yellow Gold Furniture Package with rose gold accents, further complementing the unit’s stunning green views through its large windows and balcony.
The furnishings were carefully placed to create a cosy, inviting atmosphere that would easily appeal to the target audience.
Despite the tight deadline, the installation and dressing of the flat were efficiently completed within a week. The team also stayed within the client’s budget by selecting chic design pieces from the agreed-upon inventory with the developer.

InStyle Direct skilfully dressed a two-bedroom unit for sale at The Trafalgar, London Square, Watford, under the direction of Interior Designer Emma Silburn.
The client’s ultimate objective, who desired a quick sale, was impeccably achieved by the InStyle team, as evidenced by an offer received within 24 hours of completing the interior dressing.
Following the homeowner’s instructions, Emma designed the apartment with an elegant and contemporary design scheme using the Gold Furniture Package and a palette of neutral colors accented with subtle touches.
Despite encountering the usual challenges of budget and time constraints, mainly while sourcing accessories, artwork and lampshades — the team overcame these obstacles proficiently, ensuring the project was executed flawlessly and on schedule.

Mark Parry, our project lead at The Claves development by EcoWorld, worked with interior designer Nicole Malinowska to create on-budget, high-end interiors in line with the client’s goal – to rent the unit and achieve a good return.
Nicole opted for our White Gold colour scheme from our Gold Furniture Package to keep the rooms open, spacious and bright.

Leading developers run their business to tight schedules. This means that InStyle’s expertise and experience was invaluable in helping them save time and money without forgoing quality. The success of Berkeley’s new development in West London’s Green Quarter has caught the imagination and attention of investors and tenants alike: causing expectations to run high.
When a two-bedroom apartment in the scheme remained unsold after six months, a proactive approach was imperative. Our design team was more than ready to take on the challenge. Interior designer, Rianne Blake and Sales Manager, James McNeill took the lead in finding out just exactly what the target market required, and soon came up with a range of options and solutions that would guarantee a successful sales outcome.

The property exceeded expectations by selling immediately after furnishing was completed!
– James McNeill, Associate Director at InStyle Direct
The client specified that the colour scheme for the walls should not include blue or green as per the other units as was keen to differentiate the property from these.
The client’s brief called for ‘bold and interesting’ interiors to make the property stand out and promptly sell. Using our Gold package, we were able to keep costs reasonable. Adding a range of upgraded accessories gave a premium result without the price tag.
– Rianne Blake, Interior Designer at InStyle Direct

Rianne was able to use savings made by using an upgraded, entry-level package to introduce complementary, bespoke window dressings. This carefully managed approach to the budget also enabled the team to upgrade the master bed which to the surprise of many, often makes a generous space appear even larger.
The results were immediate and impressive. The apartment sold straight away, leaving the client more than happy to commission us for further work which we are currently engaged in. Our relationship with Berkeley goes from strength to strength.

InStyle Direct has completed the first two phases for a large scale PRS build-to-rent scheme for Vastint’s Sugar House Island, dubbed the Isle of Opportunity.
With over 500 furnished properties completed comprising rental units and show flats, we are now working with Vastint on the third phase of the development.
The first phase brought many challenges surrounding covid safe working, all of which were overcome with professionalism, seamless logistics and solution-focused approaches.
The work carried out on the first phase of properties increased the rent value by 20%, generating a waitlist for prospective renters.

Developer Vastint wanted a bespoke look within their specified budget, setting it apart from other new-build residential developments. This was achieved cost-effectively by using high-quality furnishing packages from our bespoke range to ensure superior quality and finish without compromising the rental return. Higher budgets were assigned to the show homes with carefully selected accessories and soft furnishings that gave each unit its own charm and presented a desirable yet attainable lifestyle.
The furnished apartments are modern yet full of character and designed to appeal to a broad range of professionals wishing to rent a property in east London and looking for that vibrant city lifestyle. Head Designer Max Prychidko’s ability to quickly visualise our client’s ideas and turn them into reality was key to the project’s success.

After the rental success of our first collection of homes at Sugar House Island furnished by Instyle Direct, we wanted to continue our partnership with them. We appointed them to furnish our largest collection of homes at Sugar House Island. They have delivered consistently in very challenging times, and I am impressed with their commitment, market knowledge and professionalism. It has been a pleasure working with everyone, from the designers to the delivery and installation team. And I hope to continue this partnership in the coming years.
– Vastint, international real estate organisation

InStyle Direct used an upgraded Gold Furniture Pack to add personality and style to this show home.
A contemporary colour palette of navy, grey and copper colour accents was used to reflect the city landscape of Canary Wharf
A more muted colour palette was used in the bedroom to create a calming environment
The ultimate project aim was to detract from the city and make the property feel more homely and the team succeeded in doing so.
I tried to bring a bit of nature within this design i.e the plant feature wall and flowers/faux foliage
