The Instyle team had a very long and steep staircase to dress which called for getting creative with the artwork used. As the client requested completion within a tight deadline — all furniture was successfully installed whilst the builders were still on site.

Once a clear plan and schedule were established, Maggie used Instyle Direct’s tailored furniture package as a basis for the core pieces that formed a holistic interior design solution. By combining neutral colors in the living area with bold green wallpaper in the master bedroom, a distinct sense of spaciousness and individuality was created.

Apartments in this development — within the heart of Royal Albert Wharf are becoming increasingly sought-after by high-end professionals and young families. Hence the furnishings needed to appeal to this target market according to functionality and usage.

Design Lead Maggie Halsackda and Sales Manager James McNeil selected our White Gold Furniture Package and added feature wall services to transform the striking, 3-bed maisonette to boost interest and promote sales, leading to immediate success.

Having executed numerous furnishing projects for the renowned developer, the InStyle team was familiar with what was required to push sales. Maggie employed colour blocking throughout to add personality without making the unit appear smaller. As the rooms are very bright, it allowed for deeper shades by Farrow and Ball that wonderfully contrasted the spacious flat’s ambiance. This also enabled us to keep decoration costs down with minimal paint use.

As the target audience for this show flat was young professionals, the designer clearly differentiated the different zones — social, work, or relaxing spaces. The selected furniture offered extra storage which is often high on the list of prospective tenants.

Maggie also focused on demonstrating how well plants can grow in the unit and strategically placed them in spots where the windows let in beautiful, warm light.

A particularly speedy completion was required as the client wanted to use the three-bed apartment for a marketing event called Meet the Designer — which was a great success. The developer organized the event so that James and Maggie could speak with the attendees and conduct a well-designed presentation.

Bespoke elements such as the brown coffee table, green suede chair, and soft grey sofa with multi-pattern throw pillows created a welcoming, calming, and luxurious atmosphere. They helped viewers envision life at the apartment and the development.

With this project, Maggie successfully transformed the quaint unit inside-out into a chic home, generating tremendous interest among investors, landlords, and tenants.

InStyle Direct’s interior designer, Maggie Halsackda and Sales Manager, James McNeil, were onboarded by an owner-occupier client at Damac Tower to interior design and furnish their three-bedroom apartment using our tailored furniture package.

The client wanted the unit designed for their family, requiring a family-oriented yet sophisticated abode consisting of two creative children’s bedrooms. Creative accessories were used with complementary colours to create kids’ bedrooms that can transform into teen bedrooms at a later stage.

In addition to the interior design solutions, Maggie and the team budgeted to include InStyle’s makeover services. This included contemporary wallpapered feature walls that complete the cohesive scheme.

The package was tailored for the homeowner and the unit’s unique needs with additions such as outsourced items, bespoke beds and bedroom window dressings.

This North-West London flat underwent a drastic makeover with InStyle Direct’s quick-fix refurbishment services and a furniture package that resulted in a great return.

The landlord wanted to ensure the best return possible, so InStyle Direct recommended our gold furniture package. The reasonable, entry-level package includes everything necessary to transform a space and make it rentable.

The landlord gained a £200 increase on the monthly rent from the services performed and products used with an agreed rent of £1700 per month, previously let for £1500 per month.
