InStyle Direct exclusively furnished Vastint’s first collection of built-to-rent homes at Sugar House Island. – ‘The Sugar House’. Eight unique rental apartments and two show flats were skillfully designed to embody the original heritage features.

Housed in a beautifully re-purposed Victorian warehouse, the individually designed rental units and show homes required unique, period-infused interior solutions to match.

InStyle Direct transitioned the spacious loft-style studios and exceptional two-bedroom apartments by using our tailored furniture packages to create light, characterful spaces that worked with the industrial heritage features.

This show home was used as a lucrative sales tool which led to a lengthy waitlist for the rental properties and the exclusive contract for furnishing phase 2 of the build-to-rent scheme.
