Vastint’s second collection of homes at Sugar House Island comprised furnishing hundreds of rental units and show homes for the large-scale built-to-rent scheme.

A clean colour scheme can be noted throughout all furnishings for on-brand solutions. However, this show home was fused with an autumnal touch to coincide with some of the rental units’ availability.

Our tailored furniture package was chosen for both the rental unit solutions and show home solutions to ensure a unique solution that integrated aspects of the brand’s identity, including subtle nods to the island life through patterns, layouts and furniture – outdoor furniture was no exception.

This show home helped Vastint increase its ROI by leading to a waiting list for tenancies.
