A high-end, tailored furniture package with accessories was used to push the sale of units in Gallions Place. We achieved this by advising a show home which pushed the sale of almost all units immediately! This is one of a many luxurious properties we have furnished to a premium standard for this prestigious developer.

Artful, thoughtful, unique furnishings helped to differentiate the property in a competitive luxury market. Using a mix of bold and neutral colors, Interior Designer Maggie Halsackda ensured that the 3-Bed Maisonette show apartment delivered visual and tactile allure.

The Instyle team had a very long and steep staircase to dress which called for getting creative with the artwork used. As the client requested completion within a tight deadline — all furniture was successfully installed whilst the builders were still on site.

Once a clear plan and schedule were established, Maggie used Instyle Direct’s tailored furniture package as a basis for the core pieces that formed a holistic interior design solution. By combining neutral colors in the living area with bold green wallpaper in the master bedroom, a distinct sense of spaciousness and individuality was created.

With an on-site concierge and a plethora of outside space, Gallions Place can be home to singles and families alike. Pinpointing the target group, Maggie and Sales Manager James McNeill designed the space to appeal to an affluent audience. Maggie ensured a welcoming warmth that left a lasting impression with the carefully picked bespoke interior design, including furnishings, curtains, wall decoration, and lighting.

Apartments in this development — within the heart of Royal Albert Wharf are becoming increasingly sought-after by high-end professionals and young families. Hence the furnishings needed to appeal to this target market according to functionality and usage.
