It all started when the leading property developer, St. William, contacted us with an instruction to dress up a show apartment at its recently completed Clarendon development in Haringey. A show apartment is crucial to any developer as it is the first impression of a residence to potential buyers and can influence their decision in a big way. The show apartment was a two-bedroom residence at the Alington House phase of Clarendon. The project was led by our sales manager, Mark and included creative inputs and expertise of our design team. The first step was to decide on a suitable furniture pack that could blend perfectly with the apartment's layout and accentuate its overall appeal.

After a few design tests, we selected our White Gold Furniture Package for its relatively lighter components that were best suited for the compact dimensions of the property. The package included a 2.5-seat sofa and armchair in the living room to complement the dining space and blend in with the rest of the furniture pieces. Additional decor items, such as the installation of abstract pieces of art on the walls and small indoor plants, further elevated the overall style quotient of the apartment.

A palette of white, grey and black are the primary colours of our White Gold Package that we used to transform the empty show apartment into a desirable home for visitors. As a signature element, a window in the master bedroom was dressed to impress by offsetting it with a strategically placed collage.

The proof is in the pudding, and for our client, it came as a quick sale of the apartment after dressing it up with our fabulous furniture package and superior design sense. While it took our design team just two weeks to get the apartment fully dressed and ready for sale, the client was thoroughly impressed by the quick turnaround, minimal disruption and efficiency of our service.
