An overseas client entrusted us with their outdated and non-functional 1950s property to modernise for his young family.

We transformed the space by converting three small bedrooms into a modern 2-bed layout with a master suite, sourced premium Italian and French materials and furniture, and integrated an unsightly pillar into the kitchen design.

Despite tight deadlines and remote coordination, our team exceeded the client’s expectations who required high-end upgrades like Chevon flooring, marble surfaces, and Japanese toilets.
