A look inside The Broadway at St James’s Park, Westminster. A bespoke show apartment designed for developer Valouran.

The scheme features a neutral, modern palette layered with texture and pattern, with feature walls used to define key areas while keeping the overall feel calm and considered. Designer Victoria selected a fully bespoke furniture package, complemented by considered window dressings, wallpaper and paint finishes, all carefully tailored to suit the apartment.

Designed to support sales viewings, the installation was delivered over a three-month period and is now being used to present the development to prospective buyers.
