What Our Customers Say

“I am very pleased with the refurb and redecoration work that InStyle carried out on my 1 bed flat in Aldgate. It had become tired and looked bare and unwelcoming. Thanks to InStyle I now have a cosy sanctuary when I working in the city. They handled everything for me so it was very low stress. Thanks guys!” Read More

“I had an exceptional experience with Severina and Mark from the InStyle Direct team. Engaged to provide bespoke furnishings for our London flat, they truly provided a wonderful service every step of the way. They listened to our requests, even going so far as to provide sustainability information for everything we ordered, as requested (and taking into account sourcing, materials, etc. from both a planetary and human health perspective). And the final result was absolutely stunning - so much better than I'd imagined. They were really creative with furnishing a small space and making it both elegant and eclectic, capturing a vision I didn't know I'd had! They also went out of their way to support us with several follow-ups, including replacing an item that we'd damaged as a goodwill gesture. They were responsive and very easy to work with. I simply can't say enough good things about my experience with them! I'd recommend Severina and Mark (and the supporting team) without question to anyone looking for high-quality interior design services in London. Thank you!” Read More
