They were patient when we wanted to change things, willing to provide the right advice and so many options. They also went up and beyond what was requirements by willing to help me move some other personal items I didn't order through them. Anna, who did the computer imaging was an expert and created the works with efficiency. She made very useful comments which were very satisfying. The team was very patient with my demands and I thank them for that . When it came to payments they made it easy - 75% deposit and final settlement after delivery and to our satisfaction. This was very much appreciated as it reflected the trust we had built up during our short period of working together We are so happy with their furnishings and the friendship we have built will surely continue to last. With well-ahead planning and timely communication, coupled with the efficiency and professionalism of the design furnishing & installation staff, we managed to move in the apartment as soon as the first week of July!
