InStyle Direct achieved an extensive transformation in North London with a small, landlord budget. The owner of this property came to InStyle Direct with one priority: Make the property stand out from the houses in neighbouring developments.
With a good return in mind, InStyle Direct suggested a gold furniture package along with some quick refurbishment fixes that would mean the property was dramatically improved while ensuring it was not off the market for too long.
One of InStyle Direct’s skilled interior designers chose dark blue feature walls to make the property appear more spacious by creating the illusion of vertical height. The deep-coloured accent wall also helped the property to look more inviting and less clinical to attract a good tenant.
