The Challenge

In a BTR scheme, high annual turnover puts pressure on the operational performance, and the furniture must withstand intense daily use while remaining timeless and in good condition to attract tenants each calendar year.

Maintaining consistency across all 20 units was essential while making sure each layout and scheme was suitable for each unit. Durable, modern and comfortable pieces were essential. The property also needed to be easy to manage and quick to let and remain cost-effective in its operation.

Since the client was based in Singapore, we managed the entire project across time zones with clear communication and thorough documentation, ensuring the projects were delivered on schedule and all specifications were met without the client’s physical presence and real-time feedback.
