InStyle Direct transformed a one-bedroom Airbnb-to-be apartment in ‘The Pembridge’ - a high-end development in Notting Hill. The result was a modern and practical space tailored for short-term Airbnb rentals, known as ‘guests’. The client, an Airbnb host and the property owner wanted to create a stylish yet functional environment that would appeal to discerning guests looking for comfort and style during their stay in one of London’s most sought-after locations. This meant ensuring all rooms were useable and considered socialising and dining.

The Challenge

The unique layout of the living room posed some initial design challenges. The space required a thoughtful layout to ensure the room remained open and inviting without compromising functionality. The client needed a solution to elevate the property’s appeal to potential Airbnb guests while maximising rental income.

Our Approach

We proposed a tailored combination of our Gold and Diamond Furniture Packages to address the client’s needs to make the property Airbnb-ready while ensuring a return on investment.
