Lincoln Square by Lodha UK is a luxurious development in central London with stunning 360-degree views of the city skyline. Post its completion, the developer still had a few apartments to sell and thought of instructing us to help with that objective. With eight units to furnish and dress up during the challenging pandemic months, we had our tasks cut out. For a development that exudes design mastery from the exterior, the interiors needed to be equally imaginative to match its class. Among the many design palettes tested and deployed across the apartments, one client requested our services for a spacious three-bedroom unit measuring 1355 sq ft. After sampling a few mood boards shared by us, the client agreed to go ahead with our Japandi-inspired design theme.

As a design philosophy, Japandi combines Scandinavian functionality with Japanese minimalism to elevate the aesthetic appeal of every room. The rustic palette used in this project interacted seamlessly with the natural light sources to give the entire apartment a capacious look and make it appear bigger than what it measured.

To add a touch of finesse, a bespoke 3D wall feature was incorporated into the final output before delivering the ready apartment. Subsequently, the remaining units were also dressed with unique furniture packages and delivered well within the deadline.
