We had the pleasure of continuing our partnership with Square Roots and their newest Pintail Heights development part of the prestigious London Square family we have enjoyed previous success with. Building on our longstanding success with London Square, our partnership has consistently delivered exceptional results. Over the past five years, InStyle Direct has transformed multiple developments for London Square, including a standout luxury two-bedroom apartment at The Crosse that sold within just three days. The developers needed to launch a new phase in its development with a show unit that would captivate young professionals and first-time buyers. The brief was clear: deliver a complete design solution—from concept to installation—in a very tight yet exciting turnaround of just 2–3 weeks. An evolving project with layout changes and the inclusion of select signature pieces from another project added what could have led to setbacks if they weren’t orchestrated with a flexible and rapid adaptation.
