InStyle Direct is frequently on boarded by Berkeley for show homes and furnishings within and around London City. We recently completed a design project at South Quay Plaza for them and the show home we dressed is now under exchange.

The Berkeley Group commissioned us to create a cosy, contemporary living space with a strong emphasis on aesthetics to attract buyers. Keeping that in mind our designer chose the Tailored Diamond Furniture Package, centred around a neutral colour palette. She prioritised ethical sourcing and competitive pricing, using a mix of stock furniture and upgraded furnishings for cost-effectiveness. From initial consultation to final staging – InStyle’s comprehensive approach ensured a seamless and hassle-free experience for Berkeley Group.

The one-bedroom show home at Harcourt Gardens quickly resonated with potential buyers and is now under exchange, significantly accelerating the sales process. Needless to say, the team at Berkeley Group were pleased with the outstanding results.
