InStyle Direct is frequently on boarded by Berkeley for show homes and furnishings within and around London City. We recently completed a design project at South Quay Plaza for them and the show home we dressed is now under exchange.

The Berkeley Group commissioned us to create a cosy, contemporary living space with a strong emphasis on aesthetics to attract buyers. Keeping that in mind our designer chose the Tailored Diamond Furniture Package, centred around a neutral colour palette. She prioritised ethical sourcing and competitive pricing, using a mix of stock furniture and upgraded furnishings for cost-effectiveness. From initial consultation to final staging – InStyle's comprehensive approach ensured a seamless and hassle-free experience for Berkeley Group.
