After our successful collaboration on Sugar House Island in Stratford, a vibrant new community rooted in creativity and urban energy, we carried forward the same design ethos to New Fountainbridge across over 100 homes, Vastint’s latest landmark on the scenic banks of Edinburgh’s Union Canal.

At New Fountainbridge, we didn’t just furnish homes, we crafted experiences. We have turned many apartments into modern and durable living spaces that capture Edinburgh’s waterside charm and lively city spirit.

In our designs for Sugar House Island and New Fountainbridge, we celebrated the unique local character of Stratford and Edinburgh, honouring the creative urban vibrancy of Stratford and the elegant waterside charm of Edinburgh.

For Sugar House Island, we designed one-of-a-kind interiors that capture Stratford’s creative, energetic, and community-oriented vibe. We used our Furniture Pack to furnish multiple homes and show homes, ensuring each unit was ready to rent and matched Vastint’s brand ethos.

The design concept for New Fountainbridge was based on the idea of living close to the water. Sophisticated finishes, varied textures, and careful colour schemes were used to create a consistent upscale city living feel across multiple units. Each apartment was created to embody Edinburgh’s vibe, with a unique and modern touch.

Careful planning and logistics were vital behind the scenes. Our team installed in phases, and each home was delivered fully finished and move-in ready, offering a complete turnkey experience in a large-scale development. We furnished several blocks simultaneously on a live site while still maintaining strict quality control and safety standards.
