About the Author

Mark is a driving force in our sales team with a growing portfolio of clients, ranging from private individuals looking for bespoke home design services to property developers, letting and estate agents and investor landlords looking for furnishing packs and dress to sell services.

Customer care is a key part of Mark's role and he prides himself on his ability to assess a client's requirements, liaising with the design team to offer stylish but functional design solutions. What he loves most about the job is the sheer variety of people he meets. One minute he can be talking to a major property developer, the next it could be a private client using the services of an interior designer for the first time.

Mark has a strong property background, having been a manager in an estate agency earlier in his career. This, combined with his more recent interiors experience is invaluable in helping him understand the needs of his clients.
