InStyle Direct has a long-standing client Taylor Wimpey who most recently commissioned our team to fully furnish their new Battersea Exchange show home. Located in the state-of-the-art bustling new quarter between Battersea Park and Queenstown Road stations, the captivating show flat was essential to push the sale of the new units in the development.

Return on investment, as with all units we furnish for Taylor Wimpey was a priority which meant ensuring a precise level of luxury was chosen to appeal to the affluent audience while providing a profitable investment. The solution provided was, therefore, InStyle Direct’s Diamond package with an add-on accessory pack that offered the client both value for money and coordinating high-end furniture, furnishings and accessories.

Interior Designer and Project Manager Rose Deeb, along with Sales Manager Mark Perry, worked closely with the client to dress and furnish the Manhattan / Studio show flat using our furniture pack and extras specifically designed for Manhattan properties.

“Senior Interior Designer Rose Deeb opted for light, bright furniture and upholstery with colour accents for accessories. A light-toned sofa was used for the lounging area, complemented by a minimal brown side table. Quirky accent accessories like colourful frames, abstract throw pillows and a black coffee table with marble detailing added personality to the apartment while adhering to the desired light colour palette.”

Rose aimed for and achieved understated elegance with the show flat. Pops of colour from InStyle’s Gold Package with high-quality, long-lasting furnishings pushed the sale of the units, providing Taylor Wimpey with an impressive return on investment. The add-on accessories fully transformed the unit into a home where buyers could envision living.
