Practical Package for Barratt London

InStyle Direct has a long-standing partnership with Barratt London and furnishes both show flats and units for sale at their New Market Place development. The developer’s goal when working with us is to shift the sale of the remaining units. 9/10 of the units we interior design achieve this goal within the first week of the unit’s furnishing.

Head designer, Severina, uses mostly Gold furniture packages to furnish properties for sale at the development. Severina often uses additional furniture items, accessories and curtains to make the properties feel homely so the visitor’s can envisage themselves living at the development. Add-ons are used as an affordable alternative to a high end service.

The target audience for the development is largely first time buyers, so it is essential that our practical Furniture package include everything a first time buyer would expect to fit in their property.
