Outstanding Luxury at Royal Mint Gardens

InStyle Direct furnished 20 properties at Royal Mint Gardens for a group of investors. The outstanding luxury apartments by Farrells property developers needed to channel the same visionary architecture, contemporary design and accentuate the spectacular views.

It was imperative that the interior design and furnishing solutions provided a good return on investment, given many of the properties were purchased for rental purposes. Therefore, selecting the correct furniture pack for each unit, dependent on its market value, was essential. Hence, also providing Diamond furniture packs for units falling into the higher price bracket.

Window dressings were essential to draw attention to the scenic views looking over Tower Bridge and the Tower of London Dwellings. The street’s history as the Royal Mint of the early 19th century is reflected in the colour palette chosen for the luxurious interiors.

I selected a mix of White Gold and Rose Gold colour schemes to furnish the more affordable units in a cost-effective manner, while maintaining the InStyle Direct standard expected by the development’s affluent tenants.
