The Vision
Our Rose Gold package was used to help show the real potential of this property. The Rose Gold package uses softer tones and pastel accents, and was surrounded by accessories chosen to make the space feel unified, peaceful and correctly lived in rather than staged. The apartment needed to appeal to the right buyer, so the scheme had to provide a solution. The neutral palette, along with accessories and window dressings, does exactly that, giving the right buyers a home they can see themselves living in.
Building on What Already Worked
The Rose Gold pack has already proved itself in another unit within Horlicks Quarter, so we identified this apartment would be a great candidate for dressing; bringing that same winning look across was the obvious choice.
In addition to a full furnishing pack, we included considered window dressings and thoughtful wall decoration to complete the look. Sheer curtains were fitted to soften the generous lighting the apartment received, while artwork and mirrors were chosen to sit comfortably within that same warm, pastel palette.
In the bedrooms, layered botanical prints and bold abstract pieces sit above deep, tactile headboards, with warm brass-toned pendant lighting bringing the look together. The living space features a low-profile beige sofa that anchors the room, framed by graphic wall art, and in the hallway, we placed a wave-edged mirror that catches the eye the second you walk through the door.
Every piece was chosen to feel like it belonged, echoing the same considered touches Berkeley has built throughout Horlicks Quarter, and the installation was completed within three to four weeks.
The Result
The unit is now under offer and moving towards exchange, which already tells us how well the scheme performed with buyers.
