A private homeowner approached us to efficiently transform their space at Koa on Electric Boulevard, part of the prestigious Battersea Power Station development. Having already performed extensive work here privately and for the developer, we were confident we could meet their expectations. The client sought a space that would strike a balance between elegance and liveability, creating the perfect London retreat while maintaining strong investment potential.

Our Approach

Our designer styled the residence with the Diamond Package, complemented by select Gold Package pieces and outsourced items to save and spend in the right areas. Emma picked warm creams, soft greys and muted pastels for an overall colour scheme. The statement pieces presented a bold contrast against the neutral palette; we used mixed layering with plush throws, cushions, rugs, and woven fabrics to create that warm, lounging experience with a lived-in appeal that’s perfect for private residences or inviting guests that the client was looking for.

By thoughtfully mixing our packages, we created a tailored look, saving on the essentials while investing in standout details where they mattered most. Our close collaboration with our suppliers enabled on-time handovers without compromising on quality on any front.
