This phase also brought The Cunningham Apartments, a standout 15-story building offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes and a 12-hour concierge service, one of the first in Eastman Village.

Phase 3 (2022–2028) is now in progress, set to add 768 private-sale homes, 262 affordable rentals, and 197 shared ownership homes.
