This exciting project for a state-of-the-art mixed reality facility covering over 700 square metres, involved large-scale interior innovation. The high-tech production environment was designed to nurture creativity and experimentation. A welcoming and relaxing interface with clients and artistes was also a must. ARRI Rental consulted with our InStyle team in order to create looks for the following spaces with differing functions: A production suite and office, a green room and a VIP lounge. They also required high-end interior design for the hair, makeup and wardrobe rooms.
Lead Interior designer Rose Deeb began the process with a LookBook for the client, ensuring the ideas were aligned with the client’s budget. Once the clear plan and schedule was established, Rose used our tailored furniture package as a basis for the core pieces that formed a holistic interior design solution.
The approach was to seamlessly combine form with function. In the production suite, sleek meeting tables were complemented with monochrome lounge chairs and scatter cushions were used as a way of breaking up some of the more severe straight lines often found in offices. In the VIP room, Rose utilised creative up-lighting, gilt-edged coffee tables and plush drapes to convey a sense of luxurious comfort.
As a new commercial enterprise, the creation and launch of this studio was on a tight time schedule. By working with us, the client was able to stick to schedule and offer a finished and polished service to enhance their reputation in an extremely competitive industry.

We carried out a multi-phase, multi-site office and showroom refurbishment and interior design project for property letting professionals, Benham and Reeves.
Several London branches underwent redesign, refurbishment and refreshes. On-brand details can be noted throughout the space serving as customer-facing branches and offices. Impressive entrances with neon signs set the tone for the brand in the several offices as the public face of both the space and the company.
As consistency is imperative for commercial rollouts, on-brand ‘Benham and Reeves Blue’ was used throughout for brand reinforcement. The instantly identifiable Benhams blue Velveteen Vectra feature wallpaper adds tangible luxury to the interior design solution, providing an all-encompassing sensory experience. Meanwhile, the backlit wing wall serves as the key visual point of intrigue, offering calming mood lighting.

‘Open-plan living and working is a requirement on most commercial clients’ lists allowing for more space and light. A crittall partitioning was also used to enable the room to service two separate functions: a showroom for visitors and a modern workplace for staff.
The oversized floor-to-ceiling mirrored pillar mirror draws the eye upwards and accentuates the height of the unit’s ceiling. Its positioning maximises the light and bounces it around the room onto the premium, yet affordable, furniture and furnishings.
Luxurious furnishing and furnishings complete the renovation. The curated selection suited targets the estate agents’ high profile, client-base.

Appointed by developer Barratt London, InStyle Direct was briefed to create a welcoming and modern concierge area in this new development located in Harrow surrounded by thriving town centre.
The project involved designing a bespoke concierge desk to and waiting area that was aesthetically pleasing and practical in equal measures.
Turquoise accents were chosen to match the development’s logo to ensure the area was on-brand and recognisable
