Nine Elms

Instyle Direct has furnished around 80 apartments for Barratt’s Nine Elms development – an up and coming residential and business district just a short walk from the Houses of Parliament.

The InStyle Direct design team created neutral living spaces centered around the design using texture-focused upholstery and predominantly marble pieces to bring refinement to the properties. Light colour schemes made the properties appear larger, airy, cleaner and more welcoming.

We also provided our bespoke interior design service for a number of clients at Nine Elms, many of whom wanted schemes similar to the InStyle Direct show apartment on site. Furniture packs were also very popular with landlords, resulting in extremely quick rents.

Services included home staging for Barratt Developments to increase apartment sales for the remaining plot shapes that were not selling as well and quickly sold after we furnished them.
