InStyle Direct has a strong relationship with the developer Berkeley. We have furnished numerous apartments for the developers. Services have included furniture packs and bespoke projects for owner-occupiers. We have also been the furnishing provider for other developments for the same division of Berkeley including Saffron Square and South Quay Plaza.

InStyle Direct also installed a dress for sale show apartment (home staging) package for Berkeley at Sandringham House which helped them sell the unit within two weeks of installation.

Berkeley used our home staging service to increase the appeal and rental value of their properties.
