InStyle Direct partnered with UOL Group Limited to furnish two show apartments at the prestigious One Bishopsgate Plaza in EC3A, London. Developed by Singapore's leading property developer, UOL, One Bishopsgate Plaza seamlessly integrates modern apartments with a luxury hotel, a public plaza, and retail spaces – making it the first of its kind in the City of London. InStyle Direct was tasked with furnishing two, two-bed show units to showcase the apartments' potential to buyers. The challenge was delivering high-end interiors within an agreed set budget and timeframe without compromising quality.

Leveraging our designers’ expertise, we chose our Diamond Furniture Package with upgraded accessories. This approach allowed us to deliver high-quality furnishings and window dressings within the given period and budget. Carefully selected calming neutral colour palettes with luxurious textures enhanced the units’ market appeal for a swift return on investment for the client.

From receiving the developer’s brief at the end of August to completing installation before the end of September, our efficient four-week turnaround met the client’s tight schedule.

The furnished show flats were a resounding success, leading to the sale of 2 units directly from the show home and securing InStyle Direct a contract to stage another show flat. Our seamless turnaround and attention to detail surpassed the client’s expectations, demonstrating our ability to enhance property value and appeal through professional staging.
