An Inspiring Challenge

Developers, the McGrath Group, came to InStyle Direct with the brief to furnish their four show flats to generate sales. Our interior designers and project managers opted for an efficient solution that met the goal while ensuring the best return on investment possible. The designers created appropriate space plans for two studio show homes and two one-bedroom show homes in line with the developer’s budget. The goal was to ensure the properties appealed to both buyers and investors, which meant truly understanding the target buyer and investor for each unit. This new build called for a creative mix of modern design and innovative interior and space solutions to maximise every inch of floor space, which is our speciality.

Budget Allocation: Working within a budget aligned with the developer’s investment goals required thoughtful allocation of resources, which our interior designers and project managers worked together to tackle.
Space Appropriate: Innovative solutions were needed to maximise space, requiring extra creativity from our extra-creative team.
High Expectations: Given a successful developer, the show homes needed to perform and quickly, which meant using high-quality furniture, some of which was stock thus readily available, and executing efficiently in line with the developer’s budget

Creative Design: Two senior designers led the project by mixing stock items with carefully sourced outsourced pieces, crafting an inviting and stylish space for maximum efficiency and effective budget use.
Speedy Turnaround: The design strategy was tailored to achieve a quick yet effective launch, ensuring the units were market-ready by the developer’s deadline.
Modern Solution: A contemporary, space-saving design was created, aligning with the client’s vision and the target audience’s needs and wants.
