They were patient when we wanted to change things, willing to provide the right advice and so many options. They also went up and beyond what was requirements by willing to help me move some other personal items I didn't order through them. Samera was exceptional as she worked closely with my wife and patiently giving her multiple options to choose from until she found what we were looking for!!! Thank you so much Samera!! We were lucky to be introduced Instyle Direct to help us furnish our new apartment. We started off with a standard furniture package, and ended up having some customization, adding... read more a few items and letting go of some which we don’t need. Thanks to Mark who patiently listened to our preferences and helped with the customization. Nicole, the designer worked hard in sourcing for ‘perfection’ and finally the delivery and installation team led by Bill did an excellent and efficient job and finished the installation in less than 4 hours! Highly recommend Instyle Direct!

I had a wonderful experience with inStyle through James and Anna who quickly put me through what I needed for my two bedroom apartment What struck me was their timing... read more - efficient and to the point. They provided a computer rendition of what I ordered with the chosen color scheme. These images gave me a complete picture of what to expect. Anna, who did the computer imaging was an expert and created the works with efficiency. She made very useful comments which were very satisfying. The team was very patient with my demands and I thank them for that . When it came to payments they made it easy - 75% deposit and final settlement after delivery and to our satisfaction. This was very much appreciated as it reflected the trust we had built up during our short period of working together We are so happy with their furnishings and the friendship we have built will surely continue to last.
