The team was very patient with my demands and I thank them for that . When it came to payments they made it easy - 75% deposit and final settlement after delivery and to our satisfaction. We wanted the whole 2 bedroom apartment fully furnished with kitchen ware, bathroom accessories and curtains too with a very quick turnaround as we were coming in for the closing.
