They were patient when we wanted to change things, willing to provide the right advice and so many options. They also went up and beyond what was requirements by willing to help me move some other personal items I didn't order through them. Samera was exceptional as she worked closely with my wife and patiently giving her multiple options to choose from until she found what we were looking for!!! Thank you so much Samera!! They provided a computer rendition of what I ordered with the chosen color scheme. These images gave me a complete picture of what to expect. Anna, who did the computer imaging was an expert and created the works with efficiency. She made very useful comments which were very satisfying. The team was very patient with my demands and I thank them for that . When it came to payments they made it easy - 75% deposit and final settlement after delivery and to our satisfaction. This was very much appreciated as it reflected the trust we had built up during our short period of working together We are so happy with their furnishings and the friendship we have built will surely continue to last. Our special thanks go to Mark Parry who was very helpful in advising us from the beginning and organizing everything very professionally, and to Samera who did a fine job with the actual design work. The installation, then, was made exactly on time and with no problems at all. So, we could immediately use the apartment when we arrived for our first visit in London.
