Clarendon, St William
In a bid to push the sale of their remaining properties, Property developer, St William, came to InStyle Direct, where we recommended a two-bedroom show apartment in Alington House. The remaining units quickly sold shortly after the showroom installation, thanks to the invaluable sales tool!
Designed to meticulous specifications, the homes throughout the Clarendon development provide an eye-catching blend of contemporary comfort and urban style: part of the new wave of creative energy that is revitalising North London. Maggie, the interior designer for the project, brought the same energy to the property, using fitting accessories and furnishings.
A well-dressed show flat is an essential sales tool for developers as it provides prospective buyers with an indication of the space they have to work with. This is why a property-appropriate layout by an interior designer is so important. It’s often the difference between being snapped up immediately or left on the market for months. We were quick to suggest a suitable furnishing package that would complement the apartment to encourage sales.
The white gold furniture package was chosen for its relatively lighter components, best suited to the somewhat restricted dimensions of the property. In the living area, a 2.5 seat sofa and armchair were used to provide more dining space. Additionally, a window in the master bedroom was offset by a strategically placed collage.
Design-led furniture packages are particularly useful for developers who need to transform restricted spaces into liveable ones. Our interior designer Maggie Halsackda’s ability to meet this challenge within a tight two-week schedule and with minimum disruption was an integral part of the project’s success.
St William was delighted with the quick installation and quick sale of their remaining unit, as a result of timely project coordination.
InStyle Direct is super efficient and catered to all requests and changes. The team is very friendly and very knowledgeable on the ever-changing interior trends.
