Eastman Village’s Phase 1 (2020-2022) established the new community with 274 private-sale homes, 113 affordable rental properties, and 73 shared ownership units.

Phase 3 (2022–2028) will further develop the project, introducing 768 private-sale homes, 262 affordable rental units, and 197 shared ownership properties.
