Kingston Exchange, St George

We have worked with St George for over a decade, furnishing units across multiple developments.

St George required a warm and welcoming show flat for their new in-demand development, Kingston Exchange.

The show home’s furnishings needed to attract the key target audience of young families and professionals, given the proximity to good schooling and easy commute into Waterloo.

Interior designer, Samera Sarouri used our yellow gold package to create the cosey, homely abode that the target audience is seeking. Stock items were used to ensure we met the quick turnaround required.

A continuation of the development’s landscaped, courtyard gardens can be noted in the green colour palette and plantlife dotted throughout the sanctuary.
