Postmark isn’t just another development; it’s a lifestyle destination in the heart of London. Perfectly positioned where the West End meets the City, it brings together the best of WC1 and EC1, linking lively neighbourhoods like Shoreditch, Clerkenwell, and the Square Mile. Developed by Taylor Wimpey, the project is now nearing completion, with the final phase – Monograph Square – expected to be finished in 2025. The four phases – West Central 1, Signature Place, Folio Gardens, and Monograph Square – have already been built and are getting ready for their final handovers.

For over five years, InStyle Direct has proudly collaborated with the developer to create interiors that enhance London’s urban character. At Postmark, we’ve delivered our signature Diamond Packages and window dressing services to over 50 apartments, including 15 bespoke investor units. Every element is hand-selected to balance luxury and liveability. The packages are available in three custom colourways—Champagne, White, and Chocolate Diamond, allowing buyers and investors to personalise their space easily. Our in-house window dressing team ensures that every apartment benefits from privacy and panoramic views, whether it’s the Shard at sunrise or St. Paul’s Cathedral during golden hour.

Aspen Residences in E14 is another striking example, where we upgraded show homes with enhanced Diamond Packages, adding custom headboards, statement wallpapers, and colour palettes inspired by on-trend finishes like rose gold. By layering textures, colour, and unique accessories, we brought depth and character to every corner, finding creative solutions that worked within the budget.
