They provided a computer rendition of what I ordered with the chosen color scheme. These images gave me a complete picture of what to expect. Anna, who did the computer imaging was an expert and created the works with efficiency. She made very useful comments which were very satisfying. The team was very patient with my demands and I thank them for that . When it came to payments they made it easy - 75% deposit and final settlement after delivery and to our satisfaction. This was very much appreciated as it reflected the trust we had built up during our short period of working together We are so happy with their furnishings and the friendship we have built will surely continue to last. James... read more and Nicole patiently listened to my ideas to evolve a brief for the look and feel I wanted. They then translated this into beautiful furniture and the cool, contemporary design that I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Every call and query was promptly returned and swiftly sorted. We stayed within budget and I never at any stage felt subjected to a 'hard sell'. In short, I cannot recommend Instyle too highly. They are great to work with. And I think of them whenever a friend visits my new home, and their first words are, "Oh, Wow! What a great space!'

We knew the apartment had so much potential and as... read more much as I have good ideas, i felt that I needed some professional help as it had to be exceptional ! I was not disappointed at the results. From discussing the project and site meetings, these guys listened to ideas and then were able to specify everything including all the furniture to the choice of paint & wall paper, down to the last small detail of diffusers, books and even apples in the fruit bowl. During this process, amazing illusttations were created , floor plans and detailed equipment schedules provided so you knew exactly what you were getting . On the day when the install team had finished, Emma had already been there making sure it was all coordinated and completing the finishing touches . I was so genuinely pleased with the results I couldn't hide big smile on my face as this was a bit of dream to do this and sometimes thought I may not do it, Simply walking around the place that afternoon I felt so proud of the outcome and without both these guys efforts delivering this , it would never have looked so good.
