Sugar House Island in Stratford is a dynamic, large-scale build-to-rent (BTR) scheme developed by Vastint. Known as the Isle of Opportunity, this project exemplifies Vastint’s dedication to creating vibrant, sustainable, and desirable residential communities across the UK.InStyle Direct partnered with Vastint to complete the first two phases of this impressive development, delivering over 450 furnished properties, including show homes, studios, and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. Our services included providing durable furnishing packages, tailored for the development.

The initial phase of the project presented several challenges, particularly those related to maintaining Covid-safe working conditions. Through professionalism, seamless logistics, and a solution-focused approach, we successfully navigated these obstacles. Our work on the first phase of properties resulted in a 20% increase in rent value, generating high demand and a waiting list of prospective renters. This success was driven by our ability to deliver on-trend furnishing schemes within budget and with a quick turnaround. Each phase was completed ahead of schedule, with a swift turnaround time of just 10 weeks per phase.
