Inside Regent’s View, where our interior designer Nicole styled four show homes for Berkeley’s St William in just one month ahead of a developer event, balancing speed, budget, and design to create spaces buyers can actually picture living in.

Each apartment was designed to feel cohesive yet distinct, giving every space its own identity while staying true to a refined, on-brand urban aesthetic. From one to three-bedroom homes, including a standout three-bed showhome with uninterrupted city skyline views, every detail was considered to elevate the living experience.
