Our special thanks go to Mark Parry who was very helpful in advising us from the beginning and organizing everything very professionally, and to Samera who did a fine job with the actual design work. The installation, then, was made exactly on time and with no problems at all. So, we could immediately use the apartment when we arrived for our first visit in London.

We wanted the whole 2 bedroom apartment fully furnished with kitchen ware, bathroom accessories and curtains too with a very quick turnaround as we were coming in for the closing. James and one of his interior designers, Star, walked us through all our options and recommended all the colours and designs. The end result was stunning and we could not have been happier with the way the apartment looked. The price was reasonable and the furniture was exceptional! James and Star made our decision making so easy with all their great ideas and their professionalism throughout was outstanding. We knew the apartment had so much potential and as... read more much as I have good ideas, i felt that I needed some professional help as it had to be exceptional ! I was not disappointed at the results. From discussing the project and site meetings, these guys listened to ideas and then were able to specify everything including all the furniture to the choice of paint & wall paper, down to the last small detail of diffusers, books and even apples in the fruit bowl. During this process, amazing illusttations were created , floor plans and detailed equipment schedules provided so you knew exactly what you were getting . On the day when the install team had finished, Emma had already been there making sure it was all coordinated and completing the finishing touches . I was so genuinely pleased with the results I couldn't hide big smile on my face as this was a bit of dream to do this and sometimes thought I may not do it, Simply walking around the place that afternoon I felt so proud of the outcome and without both these guys efforts delivering this , it would never have looked so good. I almost felt I wasn't good enough even to be it it was that good! Top quality service .Looking forward to taking a few bookings from you guys in the near future !

We were not able to travel and see the property due to Covid travelling restrictions, but InStyle had provided... read more straightforward, tasteful, timely and professional solutions in fitting out furniture for our property. InStyle was an easy to work with one-stop shop solution for us. They took videos and measurements well and gave good suggestions for what is needed to fit out the property. From the time we had finalised the furniture list and confirmed an install date, it was just over a week. The furniture install was done carefully and they cleaned up well after the whole day onsite assembly. The kitchen starter set we ordered was displayed beautifully on the dining table and on the stove tops, as if it was a showroom and made the room look more inviting. The simple white bed linens that we ordered were crease-free and displayed in an inviting manner. We really appreciated InStyle's professionalism, efficiency and simple onsite design inputs and staging. They had recommended different dining table to us from what we originally selected based on their onsite inspection, which helped balance the space at same quotation. They had readily replaced a dining chair with two missing screws soon after the tenants notified us. Would definitely recommend InStyle and would work with them again should other furniture fitting needs arise.
