InStyle Direct fully furnished and dressed one of our remaining units to push its sale. Within just 3 days after a quick installation (made possible using their stock furniture), the unit sold within The Crosse development in Bermondsey.

The two-bedroom flat was created to exude South London coolness in the desirable Zone 1 location. It was essential that InStyle Direct met the developer’s goal of selling the remaining apartment in the shortest possible time – A goal we exceeded.
A Diamond furniture pack was chosen to give the apartment an extra air of opulence and exclusivity to meet the prospective buyer’s expectations. The package was subsequently tailored for the developer and the unit’s unique needs with upgrades such as extra curtains and outsourced accessories. Severina also offered advice on other interior design aspects, such as a complementary feature wall colour, as part of the professional service.
Our aim was to increase the impact of the property through thoughtful, tailored solutions to the layout, furniture, furnishings, window dressings and accessories, all of which showed the property’s full potential.
