Defour Apartments, Hayes Village
InStyle Direct’s Interior Designer, Samera Al-Sarouri and Sales manager James McNeil worked together on an owner-occupier solution for an 86.4 sq. ft three-bedroom apartment in the newly-built Hayes Village using our Diamond Furniture Package in a mix of Champagne and White diamond colour schemes.
In addition to the interior design solutions Samera and the team also designed and built a custom pantry in the kitchen, performed under our renovation and restoration services.
Dark-tone wallpaper and paint were used throughout this three-bedroom apartment to contrast the otherwise light interior scheme, which exceeded the affluent homeowner’s expectations. The designer focused more on the furniture than the accessories and finishing touches to ensure the project was completed within the client’s budget.
The package was further tailored for the homeowner and the unit’s unique needs with renovation and restoration makeover additions such as matching window dressings, design-led light fixtures, bespoke wardrobes and storage shelves.
