Two Bedroom Show Home at New Market Place
InStyle Direct continued the strong partnership with Barratt London by furnishing a show flat at their New Market Place development. The developer wished to shift the sale of remaining units, which meant using affordable furniture packs of a high quality. The show flat successfully shifted the developers’ remaining units within the first few weeks, exceeding the client’s expectations.
Head designer, Severina, used one of our entry-level furniture packages to furnish the 844 sq. ft property. It was essential that the developers didn’t spend more than required on the furnishing as the goal is to generate the best return possible. This meant spending the minimum amount required to reach the goal. This is often a difficult goal to achieve as falling either side of the correct expenditure can produce an unsuccessful result.
Additional furniture items, accessories and curtains were used to make the property feel homely so the visitor’s could envisage themselves living at the development.
The target audience was first time buyers, so it was essential that a practical furniture package included everything a first time buyer would expect to fit in their property.
