Having worked with Berkeley Group across multiple divisions and developments, the sales and marketing team at Berkeley commissioned InStyle Direct to furnish their show flat in Hampton Tower, South Quay Plaza. Despite the tight three-week time frame, a show-stopping flagship property was delivered ahead of schedule to drive sales across the whole scheme.
The one-bedroom flat’s furnishing perfectly complemented Hampton Tower’s sleek and contemporary design. It was essential that we highlighted the apartment’s superb potential as a rental investment, located at the heart of the Docklands financial district. By showcasing the flat’s rentability factor, we helped keep the developers’ mission to speed up the sale of other units firmly on track.
An upgraded Gold furniture package gave the apartment a touch of sophistication and understated elegance that works particularly well with smaller properties that cannot appear too fussy or cluttered. The package was then adapted with upgrades such as made-to-measure window dressings to utilise the unit’s natural light. Interior Designer, Rianne, also provided assistance on other interior design aspects, suggesting feature walls and suitable colour codes that would work well with the furniture and unit’s dimensions.
The furniture size and style was a key consideration for this one-bed property that had to appear spacious without looking bare, which is always an exciting challenge!
