Having executed numerous furnishing projects for the renowned developer at the West End Gate development, our team was familiar with what was required to push sales. Ifrah also upgraded some key items in the diamond package to add more personality to the space.
As always, the team adhered to the client’s budget and the allocated time slot, completing the project to an impeccable standard in less than four weeks. The 546 square feet space was successfully transformed inside-out into a chic home and generated huge interest among investors, landlords and tenants.
The chosen furniture package was tailored to the specific target market. The apartment was designed to offer a stunning combination of subtle elegance and sophisticated opulence.
Ifrah picked the same colour scheme that earlier proved successful for other West End Gate projects, which helped sell the units straight away.
Ifrah opted for bold, tropical wallpaper as a whimsical touch to the room. Bespoke elements such as the brown coffee table and white flooring ensured the show home sold the specific lifestyle prospective West End Gate residents are looking for.
“Inspired by an oasis, I placed the bold tropical wallpaper in the moulding to create a welcoming, calming and luxurious atmosphere. Something to draw people in but also to be a respite from the bustling city outside.”
